Dexter is Back for Season 8 (For the Last Time)

From Dexter's season 8 trailer I wasn’t that excited for this new and last Dexter season but for somebody like me who watched Dexter season by season from seasons 8 first episode I remembered why I loved this show so much.

This season on Dexter we will have a finale for the Dexter saga. We are brought back 6 month after the final scene from season 7 aired. It seems that Dexter Michael C. Hall is doing better than ever, Angel is struggling with LaGuerta belongings without knowing what to do with them, Masuka being Masuka, Quinn is back to his screwing ways this time it is Dexter’s nanny Jamie (Aimee Garcia). Debra (Jennifer Carpenter) is the one that took LaGuerta death the hardest. She quit the force and joined the private sector, got involved with a dangerous jewelry robber who stole from the wrong man and now the mob ordered a hit contract on him while Debra is in the middle of it all.

When a body pops up in Miami with the victims skull sliced open a mysterious specialists Dr. Evelyn Vogel (Charlotte Rampling) emerges from nowhere to help the Police department solve the new murder. The interesting thing about Dr. Evelyn Vogel is revealed at the end of the first episode she knows exactly who Dexter is.
